Students should ALWAYS arrive at school dressed for the weather.
With cold weather and snow in the forecast for the coming week, we remind students to come to school properly dressed in layers and in winter gear.
Although it will be cold, we are often outdoors for at least part of the day so it is important students are prepared.

If it is below -20 in the morning and the wind is blowing, we MAY have students come in early. When this is the case, they will see a 'Blue Day' sign on the outside doors. This indicates the door is unlocked and they can enter. (This does not mean that they shouldn't still be dressed properly though as we make indoor/outdoor decisions throughout the day.)
On these occasions, students can enter in whichever door is closest for them. (They do not need to go walk around to their regular door.)
