January 30 – Papa Johns Pizza Day (back on) – Orders must be placed by January 25 through healthyhunger.ca)

January 31 – NO SCHOOL for students – Non-Instruction Day

February 6 – Booster Juice Day (orders must be placed by February 1 at healthyhunger.ca)

February 13 and 14 – NO SCHOOL for students – Teachers’ Convention Days

February 17 – NO SCHOOL for staff and students - Family Day

HOW DID WE CELEBRATE WINTER SOLSTICE?

As a school community, we learned about what the land can teach us about Winter Solstice through many activities. Students spend time outdoors looking carefully, sharing their ideas, making shadows, creating shapes and structures in the snow, walking, dancing, playing, reflecting on many things.
