SIGN UP FOR PARENT / TEACHER / STUDENT LEARNING CONFERENCES

Our Parent/Teacher/Student Learning Conferences will be in person at Northern Lights School on November 28 and 29. We ask all families to make time to attend this important conference where teachers will be discussing learning progress to this point in the year. Conferences will be 15-minutes in length for students in Kindergarten to Grade 5.

Families will receive an email on November 15 letting them know that they are open for booking now. Once open, parents and guardians must book their own conference time through their MyCBE parent account. (Please use a computer or laptop, not a Smart phone to access your MyCBE account if you are having difficulties.)

Conference Dates:

November 28:  4:30 pm - 8:00 pm

November 29: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Lost and Found

LABELLING CLOTHING

Our lost and found is once again full with over 350 items including shoes, boots, coats, hoodies, t-shirts, mittens, gloves, lunch kits, water bottles, etc. While we work hard to get items lost back to children, over 95% of the items are not labelled.

Please label all items and talk to your children about taking care of their items with increased independence. Many students take off mittens, hats, coats, sweatshirts, etc. when they feel warm outside, but do not pick them up to bring them in.  We appreciate your help.

Items will be displayed during the upcoming Parent / Teacher / Student Conferences. Any items not claimed by the end of the day on Friday, November 29 will be donated to the Women in Need Society on Saturday, November 30.

Families can come by to look through the Lost & Found prior to this date if they wish. Just pop by the office and someone will take you there.
