Every time that your child will be late or absent, you need to call the attendance line (403-817-3444 Ext. 1) so we know in advance.

 

You will slowly and clearly say their name and then spell their last name, say their teacher’s name, and say why they will be absent.

 

For example, you would call 403-817-3444 and press 1. After the message, you would say:

 

“Soni Jaffary, J – A – F – F – A – R – Y, from Mrs. Sloane’s class, is sick today.”

or

 

“Kellie Squaltz, S – Q – U – A – L – T – Z, from Miss Pratt’s class, has a doctor’s appointment today.”

 

***Please call the attendance line BEFORE 8:45 am as this is when the secretary takes the messages off the machine.***
