November 22 - Kindergarten only Parent Teacher / Conferences 4:30-7:00

November 23 - Kindergarten to Grade Five Parent / Teacher Conferences 4:30 - 7:00

November 24 -  Kindergarten to Grade Five Parent / Teacher Conferences 10:30 am - 2:00 pm

 

UPCOMING PARENT / TEACHER / STUDENT LEARNING CONFERENCES

Our Parent/Teacher/Student Learning Conferences will be in person at Northern Lights School on November 23 and 24. Conferences will be 15-minutes in length for students in Kindergarten to Grade 5. (Kindergarten will also have conferences on November 22 as these teachers teach two homerooms each.)

 

You will receive an email letting you know when they are open for booking. Parents must book their own conference time through your MyCBE/PowerSchool account. Please ensure you keep your password somewhere you will be able to find it so you are able to get into your account independently throughout the year and future years.

 

Detailed instructions on how to do this are available in the My School ConferencesMy School Conferences document. (Please use a computer or laptop, not a Smart phone to access your MyCBE account if you are having difficulties.)

 

Conference Dates:

November 22: Kindergarten only 4:30 - 7:00 pm

November 23:  K - 5: 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm

November 24: K - 5: 10:30 am – 2:00 pm

 

LABELLING CLOTHING

Our lost and found is once again full. While we work hard to get items lost back to children, over 95% of the items are not labelled.

 

Please label all items and talk to your children about taking care of their items with increased independence. Many students take off mittens, hats, coats, sweatshirts, etc. when they feel warm outside, but do not pick them up to bring them in.  We appreciate your help.

 

Items will be displayed during the upcoming Parent / Teacher Conferences. Any items not claimed by the end of the day on Friday, November 24 will be donated to the Women in Need Society on Saturday, November 25.

 

Parents can come by to look through the Lost & Found prior to this date if they wish.
